Infinit Software Solutions, Inc. is a technology-driven software provider, with wide experience in membership management and financial applications.

Before founding Infinit Software Solutions, Art was CEO, founder and owner of First IT Ltd, a well recognized IT solutions provider, with a list of clients including:

• MALEV Hungarian airlines, with offices in 35 countries, 3 million passengers per year and a fleet of 22 aircraft.
• OTP Bank, Hungary's largest financial institution and a European regional bank.
• AEGON Insurance Group and it's Hungarian subsidiary - one of the world's largest insurance companies.
• MKB Bank, (previously Hungarian Foreign Trade Bank), a mid-size commercial bank in Hungary and Bulgaria.
• MOL Group, the national oil company of Hungary, with subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and the Middle-East.

Prior to that Art was Director of Software Development at Integra Ltd where he contributed to the success of a number of banking and financial software projects. He also had experience at Honeywell Bull in Dusseldorf, Germany at the hardware and software support unit.

Art holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Miskolc, with a minor in microelectronics. The program focused on design and development of extremely reliable software and electronics for the most demanding environment of chemical industry.

Michael K. Bender is an Exceutive Advisor assisting Infinit Software Solutions, Inc. on product development and marketing in the US market. His areas of focus include identifying and evaluating strategic partnerships and opportunities, researching market opportunities, and focusing on application development to support new product lines and expanding and diversifying existing products and services.
